Food Biz Basics (Tuesday, January 30th | 6-8PM) = 1 session (2 hours). This class covers the basics of Food Costing, Marketing, Permits/Insurance & Social Media. Cost is $20.

Start It (Wednesday, March 5th – Wednesday May 12th | 6-8pm) = 12 sessions (2 hours each) + 2-3 hours homework each week. Here you’ll write every part of your business plan with expert help the whole way. This plan forms the foundation of your business and is essential if you’re trying to get a business loan from the bank. Cost is $100.

Start It For Food Businesses (Tuesday, September 10th – Tuesday November 26th | 6-8pm) = 12 sessions (2 hours each) + 2-3 hours homework each week. This course is geared toward food entrepreneurs, and here you’ll write every part of your business plan with expert help the whole way. This plan forms the foundation of your business and is essential if you’re trying to get a business loan from the bank. Cost is $100.

Food Expert Panel (Tuesday, December 3rd | 6-8pm) = 1 session (2 hours). Come hear successful owners of local restaurants, food trucks and catering companies discuss how they made it – and what they wish they’d known beforehand. Free.
