micro stall SPECIFICATIONS

  • Prime location in the center of the market – what we refer to as our ‘Forum’
  • 100 Square Feet
  • Stall comes loaded with: Hand sink, a hi-speed dishwasher, worktop freezer and small (36”) sandwich unit.  All units are 2.5 years old with the exception of the new dishwasher.  
  • Stall does not come with an exhaust hood. Ideally, concepts will involve cooking that doesn’t require a hood – for example, baking, salad/sandwich, juice/smoothies, sushi, ice cream, etc.  (If your concept involves cooking that needs an exhaust hood and can be done in advance, we’re happy to discuss using our teaching kitchen, approximately 100 yards from the stall.)  
  • Electric = 4 duplex outlets (120V)
  • Overhead cleating system for hanging custom signage / under counter cladding
    • Salt City Market provides up to $3,000 towards this package.
  • Countertop seating on the Salina Street side
  • 5.5’ cutout in front, ideal for a display unit (or can be concealed with custom cladding).
  • Base rent of $600/mo.
    • 1 month deposit required at lease signing (3 year initial lease)
    • For your initial year, all common fees (janitorial, security, marketing, trash/recycling pickup, use of common fleet of dishware, etc. is waived; common fees come to approximately $500/mo. in subsequent years.) 
  • Basement storage (walkin cooler, walkin freezer, dry storage cages) available for an additional $100/mo. each
