[Syracuse, NY, November 2]—After announcing that Farm Girl Juicery would be leaving the Salt City Market to welcome a child, the Market’s management team has identified a new vendor: She Fancy Grazing Co., a charcuterie & sandwich catering company.
“A large part of our vendor search is finding concepts that will improve and diversify what we call our ‘Market Mix,’” says Adam Sudmann, Market Manager. “We were impressed, not only by She Fancy’s food offerings, but by the creativity & experience they’ll bring to our space.”
She Fancy Grazing Co. specializes in charcuterie & artisanal sandwiches that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Using high quality meats, cheeses, and produce, She Fancy Grazing Co. creates edible artwork for their customers to enjoy. The owners, Anna & Sharrone Sofer, are knowledgeable entrepreneurs, having owned restaurants in Utica and Clinton, NY before opening She Fancy Grazing Co. They have also been fervent supporters of the Salt City Market and its ethos since its opening.
