Be transported to the West African coast of the African continent as you sip on a cocktail of your choice from Salt City Bar, or on the purple-red hibiscus-ginger cocktail infused with spicy cloves and grains of selim and sweetened with cane sugar, while following along as Chef Kuukua, native of Ghana, West Africa instructs you in making traditional West African dishes. Won’t you join us in Salt City’s Teaching Kitchen for this class? It promises to set you up for finishing off your weekend on a bright note.  Come along for this curiosity filled adventure! Take home menu cards and the colorful hand-sewn aprons made by Ghanaian women.
