These events are open to all! Join our beginner friendly yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices to provide yourself with a weekly hour of self care.

We will explore a different style of meditation, yoga movements, and breathing exercises each session.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness, and achieve mental & emotional clarity/release. Combined with yoga movements and breathing techniques for relaxation, you’ll learn new ways to relieve stress and improve your physical, emotional, and spititual wellness!
