Pierogi Traditions: Everyday Favorites and Christmas Classic

Come celebrate the season with a hands-on pierogi-making class! Together we will prepare both classic pierogi filled with potato, cheese, and onions as well as special Christmas pierogi I grew up with, stuffed with cabbage, porcini mushrooms, and onions for a true taste of the holidays. Step by step, you will learn how to make the dough, roll it out, fill, and shape these beloved Polish dumplings, along with helpful tips for cooking and serving them. Whether you are carrying on family traditions or discovering pierogi for the first time, this class is a fun and delicious way to get into the holiday spirit. We will taste our creations in class, and you will also take some home to share.
