Come learn to cook authentic Palestinian food with Nujoud, chef and owner of Small Mountain Za’atar. You may have seen Nujoud at several local farmer’s markets, fundraising dinners and pop-up parties.


The event will take place at the teaching kitchen in Salt City Market. We will be sharing family recipes and unique techniques straight from the Palestinian region. These family dishes are unique to Nujoud’s family heritage and have passed down through generations, from tata to mama to daughter.


Take home Palestinian spices and other gifts that will be a great addition to your own kitchen! Bring a friend or a partner and add a new dish to your own cooking repertoire!
