Learn more about the new vendor audition process, requirements, and the story of the Salt City Market. *Attendance is only required at one session.*

Those interested in joining the Salt City Market will be required to complete a four-step audition process:

  1. Information sessions (held on Thursday, May 25 from 6-8PM and Saturday, May 27 from 12-2PM)
  2. Food Biz Basics workshop (held on Tuesday, June 6 from 6-8PM)
  3. A one-night pop-up at the Salt City Market’s Teaching Kitchen (in July & August)
  4. Start It Business Class (held weekly on Tuesday evenings from September to November).

Business owners who complete all required steps and are chosen by the selection committee will receive expert marketing, legal, and technical assistance—in addition to rent subsidization for their first year—to ensure they get their business up and running in the Salt City Market in 2024.
