As we finish Lao New Year’s April month and approach May’s AAPIH month, get an early start celebrating Asian cultures with The Lao Food Project.

The theme of the meals is for fish lovers! It’s going to be as authentic as it gets. That means sticky rice, fermented fish sauce called padak, and extremely fragrant herbs that will make your nose zing.
