About your Instructor: Collin Townsend is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and worked at some of the top-rated Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC. After his time in fine dining, he moved back to his hometown of Syracuse, NY, to share his knowledge gained through 15+ years in the industry. Currently, he is the owner of CJT Consulting which focuses on helping aspiring food entrepreneurs achieve their dream of opening a business within the vast food industry. Collin is partnered with many of the economic facilitators and non-profits in Syracuse and teaches fundamental food classes at Syracuse University.
