Looking for something fun to do on a Sunday afternoon in May? You could experience one of Angela’s cooking classes. Get a taste of Polish cooking and learn how to make pierogis both with a cabbage & mushroom filling, and a dessert version filled with strawberries.

This hands-on cooking class provides fun and enjoyment for everyone without the stress of planning ahead of time. All you need to do is come, learn, and enjoy yourself during the process of pierogi making. You will learn how to prepare an authentic Polish dish, share laughs, experience the fun and simple delight in creating and eating some delicious food together. This cooking event will take place in the teaching kitchen of Salt City Market in Syracuse, NY. Angela will be sharing family recipes and techniques straight from her Polish heritage, as well as her own cooking and learning experiences.

Bring a friend or a partner with you to this fun event. You will go home with a printed recipe from this new dish you can now make and recreate it over and over again to make some new memories. Salt City Bar is open during the event and drinks can be purchased if wished. Water will be provided.

You’re welcome to stay at Salt City Market to enjoy your dinner or we can wrap up the entire meal and your dessert to take home and enjoy.
